As a soul led Therapist, I help clients to listen and connect with mind, body and soul using bespoke approaches which value you as a unique being.

Together we create a supportive space where you will feel held on your inward journey to explore and release thoughts, feelings and beliefs.

I enjoy working creatively with clients, integrating visual tools such as images and objects which can enable emotions and situations to be accessed and understood.

I support clients develop reflection, self-awareness, and acceptance of all parts of themselves, helping them to heal and thrive on a deeper level and create energetic momentum to move forward.

Offering open ended, In-Person sessions from my therapeutic space in central Bath, Walk and Talk and Online .
